The kitchen

At Hotel Grifone the culinary experience reaches its peak, thanks to the attention dedicated to the quality of the raw materials, its preparation and the service – always provided with highly skilled and trained staff.

The menues, always varied and rich, are planned  to satisfy and fullfill the most diverse needs.
Typical seasonal receipts are revisited and a touch of modernity is always added.
Fresh fish is always present, as well as meats and vegetarian courses.
Special menues for children are also available.
Every Thursday, the Grifone presents a typical dinner from the Ladin region (which also includes a different ambiance at the restaurant) to enjoy the magic of the local atmosphere together.

A wide buffet with homemade cakes, sorbets, flambe’ fruits, crepes suzettes and many others is also offered.
In order to provide a unique surprise, live cooking shows also may take place.
